Resort Santa Ponsa - hotel in Majorca

This very popular holiday resort, on the south west coast, is lively, cheerful, easy going and essentially a place for family holidays. The main beach is sandy and reasonably large, but can get quite busy in high season, so if you wish to escape the crowds, there is a charming, smaller beach set in its own sheltered cove about 15 minutes walk away. Both beaches have a good variety of water sports equipment available for hire, and as the sea is quite shallow here, swimming in the bay is quite safe.

Although the resort really comes alive in the early evening, it's never in the same league as its neighbours Palma Nova and Magaluf. But it more than holds its own with an abundance of bars, restaurants, and live music venues, catering for families with children.
